VANOU ships to mainland France, as well as Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal.
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after order confirmation, except during exceptional periods indicated on the website.
For mainland France, orders are shipped via Colissimo with signature. Shipping costs €8 and is free for orders over €150. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
For orders shipped within the European Union, delivery is made via Colissimo International with signature. Shipping costs €15. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information needed to track your delivery.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to make a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for your order, in accordance with applicable legal time limits.
We will notify you once your return has been processed.
If you receive a defective item or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us at client@vanoustudio.com, including your order number and, if necessary, photographs.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by VANOU.
